Dr. Cara was born and raised in Oklahoma and is a proud graduate of Healdton High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2023. For the past two years, she has practiced dentistry near Stillwater, gaining valuable experience and serving her patients with compassion and skill.

Passionate about helping others, Dr. Cara chose dentistry because it allows her to restore confidence, relieve pain, and promote overall health and well-being. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel safe, comfortable, and even enjoy their dental visits.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cara is married to her husband, Denton, a teacher and coach at Sulphur. Together they have a daughter, Demi, who will soon be turning two. Their family is thrilled to be closer to home, where they look forward to giving back to the community that helped shape them. They enjoy sports of all kinds, cheering on the Sooners, spending summer days at the lake, and playing with their dog, Luna.
